Stiek Industries (Stiek) operates this website at stiek.co.za. Our registered place of business is Unit 14, 12 Engineering Close, Kya Sand, Randburg, Johannesburg, South Africa.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you complete the enquiry form on our contact page, we receive your name, company name, email address, telephone number, the enquiry type you select, and the message you write.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to quote, arrange a site survey, book an installation, or answer a question. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially useful, and delete it on request.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes standard request logs (including IP address) for security and performance.
Our email provider delivers form submissions to our inbox.
Google Maps supplies the embedded map on our contact page. Loading that map means your browser connects to Google, subject to Google’s own privacy terms.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics by default. Third-party embeds, such as the Google Map on our contact page, may set their own.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email marie@stiek.co.za and we will action the request.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted encrypted and delivered straight to our team’s mailbox — it is not stored in a database on this website.

Changes

If we change how this site handles personal information we will update this page and the date above.
